Who is scouts dad

Team Fortress 2 — Scout. The youngest of eight boys from the south side of Boston, the Scout learned early how to problem solve with his fists. The pyro has no age, the pyro is eternal. I always kinda thought that the Pyro was just a drug user, and those hallucinations were caused by LSD or something, as opposed to issues stemming directly from his mental health alone.

The event is first mentioned off-handedly by the grown Jean Louise in Chapter 1, and then explained deeper in the novel.
